A non-working farm, Flagstone Farm enjoys a tranquil, rural setting, 300 yards off a minor road yet only 5 minutes drive from the shops and town amenities of Stow. Flagstone Farm is situated in an idyllic 12 acres of fields and woodland rich in wildlife. The setting is picturesque with superb views over the North Cotswold countryside offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. Although in a peaceful and tranquil setting they are conveniently situated in terms of accessibility from all major routes: London is 80 mins away: Birmingham 45 mins: Cheltenham, Oxford and Stratford upon Avon are 30 mins. Broadway house is a large spacious detached converted barn.Sleeps 14(+2+cots upon request). 7 bedrooms and six bathrooms. Dining area seats 24. Ground floor- Kitchen, living room, dining room, second kitchen, hall/snug, W.C. two four-poster bedrooms, one with ensuite shower, one with ensuite bathroom. First floor- Staircase one: double bedroom with ensuite shower room, twin-bedded room with ensuite bathroom. Staircase two: Double bedroom with ensuite shower room, two twin-bedded rooms, shower room. The cottage is equipped with bed linen, towels (x 2) and tea towels. There is a starter pack of washing powder, washing up liquid and dishwasher powder. Colour TV and video. Oven, hob, microwave (all electric) automatic washing machine/tumble dryer. Dishwasher. Cot and highchair (if required). Fully double-glazed. Fully insulated to at least twice the normal standard. Sitting out area with hardwood patio furniture and barbecue. All cottages have easy walking access. All electricity by meter reading. Central heating by N.S.H.Free Wifi access.
