This remarkable cottage, set over three floors, can accommodate up to ten guests in four well-appointed bedrooms, including two zip/link super king-size doubles with en-suite facilities, a twin room, and a family room with a double and two single beds, complemented by a separate bathroom. Cobblers Barn offers a unique blend of historic charm and modern luxury, perfect for families or groups of friends.
Luxurious Amenities and Inviting Outdoor Space
The cottage features a lower ground floor kitchen, a welcoming dining room, and a cosy sitting room complete with a woodburner. Outside, guests will find off-road parking for up to five cars and a delightful courtyard garden equipped with a hot tub, patio, furniture, and barbecue area. Please note that the hot tub is available until 10pm, and guests are advised to bring their own towels and bathrobes. Cobblers Barn welcomes pets, with a charge of £20 for a third pet, and requires a good housekeeping bond of £250. While there are no on-site EV charging facilities, the nearest stations are located in Barnard Castle, approximately 8 miles away.
