Family-Friendly Limefitt Lodge: Perfect for a Relaxing Getaway

Limefitt Lodge, a family-friendly lodge located in the serene Troutbeck Valley, offers a perfect retreat for up to six guests. The lodge is accessible via 4 steps and is entirely on a ground floor level, ensuring convenience. Guests are advised to bring their own travel cot and highchair as these are not provided. Please be aware that Limefitt Lodge maintains a family-oriented atmosphere, and guest names and ages will be required during booking. The owner reserves the right to decline bookings deemed unsuitable. Young adult groups under 25 years and single-sex groups are not accepted. The lodge features private Wi-Fi, but note that leisure facilities are offsite. A Good Housekeeping Bond of £100 is mandatory, and electric vehicle charging is prohibited on the property. The nearest charging point is at Booths Supermarket in Windermere.

Limefitt Lodge offers a tranquil escape with modern amenities, including an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The lodge has three bedrooms: one king-size with an ensuite shower room, a twin room, and a narrow twin room, complemented by a family bathroom with a full-size bath and shower. Step out onto the deck to enjoy a hot tub and stunning views. A barbecue slab is provided for those looking to enjoy outdoor dining, but guests must bring their own disposable BBQs and dispose of them responsibly. Dogs are welcome at the lodge, but must be kept on leads and not left alone. The park features a dog-friendly pub, a small shop, and a children's playground.

Three bedrooms: 1 x kingsize with ensuite shower room with walk-in shower, WC, basin, 1 x twin 1 x narrow twin, family bathroom with full size bath, shower over and shower curtain, WC, basin and shaving point. Open plan living, dining and kitchen area, patio doors onto deck with hot tub. A barbecue slab is provided, please bring your own disposable BBQ and dispose of responsibly. A few steps up to the lodge then all on single storey level.
