Set on an organic farm, this beautifully presented 2 bedroom holiday home boasts lovely views out across the surrounding countryside all the way to the River Eden and to the Cheviot Hills in the distance.  Pet-friendly you can bring your pet pooch too.

Recently refurbished, this 2 bedroom holiday barn enjoys a rural setting in the Scottish Borders, just 3 miles from Kelso and a mere 45 miles from Edinburgh.  This is a great location for discovering some of the best of Northumberland (including some of the Northumberland National Park) and the magnificent beaches of the Scottish Borders and Northumbria.

•    Open plan living area with south facing lounge area with smart TV, a warming woodburner, a dining area, a well equipped small kitchen and French windows to maximise on the views, and a door which leads out to the patio where you can dine alfresco or enjoy evening drinks whilst taking in the stunning view over the Tweed Valley and the Cheviots Hills on the horizon.

Outside is a patio area where you can relax on the recliners and swing chairs, enjoy a barbeque, and soak up the glorious rural setting.


For your enjoyment there is a shared tennis court on the farm, or take a walk by the River Eden, where you can see our organic sheep grazing and may be lucky enough to spot otters, kingfishers, swans and deer in the woodland.  Organic oats and flowers are grow on the farm which can be bought in our farm shop along with fresh eggs and other produce.

Garden Bank is ideal for a relaxing rural break where you can take it easy, relax and unwind.  If you like to explore there are plenty of great places to discover nearby too.  The bustling market town of Kelso with its farmer’s market, historic Floors Castle, shops, cafes, pubs and eateries is just a few miles drive away.
