A lovely Scottish cottage in a rural setting. Located on the edge of Letham near Forfar in Angus, this 3 bedroom holiday lodge is a good quality semi-detached cottage that sits within its own grounds.

With 3 bedrooms, this comfortable cottage sleeps up to 6.  There is one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, one twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room and one bedroom with adult bunk beds.  There is also a family shower room with shower, basin and WC. The living accommodation includes a sitting room with an electric fire and a well-equipped fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine and incorporates a dining area. Guests benefit from shared use of the extensive gardens at the front of the owner’s large property and from woodland walks to its rear. There is off road parking for three cars.

The area is well supplied with golf courses and a short drive will take you to the beaches and cliffs of Arbroath. The Cairngorms National Park offers natural splendour and year round activity and Edinburgh makes a great day trip. This Cottage is a lovely base for a family or group of friends looking to explore the Angus region of Scotland.
