Looking to escape for a family holiday or a break with friends along the scenic Northumberland Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty?  If so, a stay at one of the 2 comfortable and welcoming two bedroom cottages at Annstead Farm could be the perfect choice.  With a beautiful setting next to farmlands and the Annstead Dunes Nature Reserve, close to unspoilt sandy beaches, you really can experience the best of both worlds with a break at Annstead Farm. 

This is a an excellent location, just 1 mile from the coastal village of Seahouses where there is a choice of shops and eateries and only around a mile from the small village of Beadnell.  Enjoy exploring the local coast on a holiday here or head out and explore the stunning Northumberland Coast AONB on days out.  This stretch of coastline is where you'll find some of Northumbria's most beautiful sandy beaches, and for day trips out, historic Bamburgh Castle and Lindisfarne Castle on Holy Island are not too far away.

Dunes Cottage, sleeps 4

With accommodation all on one floor, this holiday cottage features a lounge with comfy seating, a flatscreen Freeview TV and DVD and a well equipped kitchen/diner.  There is one twin bedroom, one double bedroom and a family bathroom with bath (plus shower over), basin and WC.

Outside there is an enclosed lawned garden with patio and picnic table.  Off road parking is available for two cars.

Mrs Fordys Cottage, sleeps 5

With lovely views out over Annstead farm, Mrs Fordys Cottage is a gem of a rural retreat.  On the ground floor is a lounge with Freeview TV, DVD and a well equipped kitchen/diner plus a utility room with washer/drier.  Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms (one double bedroom and one triple bedroom) and a family bathroom (with bath, plus shower over, hand basin and WC).

The cottage has a private lawned garden and ample parking space for 2 cars.


Dunes Cottage and Mrs Fordys Cottage are 2 of 9 cottages at Annstead Farm, a family run, working livestock and arable farm lying on the Northumbrian Coast between Beadnell and Seahouses.  Dogs are welcome,  at a small charge of £15 each per week.
