Inside, Holly Tree House is spacious and stylish with large rooms making this a great house for big groups.  There are two sitting rooms; one with a warming open fire and large bay windows with views out over the River Wye and a snug where you can relax, enjoy some quiet time and read.  The roomy dining room with garden views is a great place to get together, whatever the occasion.  The modern kitchen is well equipped and with a dishwasher, microwave, range style gas cooker, large fridge and chest freezer, makes for easy self-catering.

Upstairs are the 9 bedrooms (6 of which feature en-suite facilities).  All of the bedrooms are stylish and comfortable.  There are six double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, one family bedroom with four single beds and one family bedroom with a double bed and children's bunk beds.  If extra sleeping room is required there is a sofa bed on the 2nd floor landing.

Outside is the covered warm outdoor bubbly hot tub where you can lie back, relax and let the massaging waters de-stress and relax you.  The lawned garden with views over the river is a superb place to relax.  There is also ample outdoor seating so you can all dine al fresco if you want to, plus there are two BBQs and plenty of spots where you can sit out and soak up this idyllic location
