Set within the Dorset National Landscape, down a country lane, this country cottage with its thatched roof, rural charm and beautiful garden is a real treat. Set in a tiny hamlet that is surrounded by rolling hills, this is an ideal place to relax and unwind, within the lush greenery of the national landscape, just 5 miles from Dorchester with its cafes, eateries and independent shops.
With 2 bedrooms, this charming property sleeps up to 5 people, and has a generous dogs-welcome policy, welcoming up to 3 pet dogs. Dating back to the 18th century, there are beautiful character features at this cottage, including charming exposed wooden beams.

• The lounge is full of character with its exposed beams, deep-set windows and large inglenook fireplace with warming woodburner. There is also a comfy armchair and sofa in this room so you can sit back and relax in front of the TV or with a book. A selection of books and board games are available,
• The galley kitchen features an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, making self-catering on holiday easy,
• The dining room seats 6 so you can all dine together on holiday, and features French doors that open out to the garden,
• The two bedrooms are upstairs and are laid out as follows:
o A beautiful master bedroom with a king-size bed and country views,
o A family bedroom with a double bed, and additional single bed, plus tranquil views.
• Family bathroom on the first floor with bath, separate shower, basin, and WC.
Outside, this charming cottage is set in a beautiful secure enclosed garden, laid mostly to lawn, with ample space for the kids to play, or for dogs to happily run around. Garden furniture is provided so you can enjoy dining alfresco and there are panoramic rural views to enjoy.
Parking is available for 2 cars.
