Charming 2 Bedroom Rural Retreat in Dorset National Landscape with Access to Outdoor Pool and Lawn Tennis Court on Minterne Estate

Set in the heart of Minterne Magna in Dorset, this charming 2 bedroom cottage sleeps 4 people, and welcomes up to 2 dogs by arrangement. With character and charm, this is a beautiful place to stay for a relaxing rural retreat break.

Situated on the road opposite the historic Minterne Estate, Kings House enjoys a secluded setting, just a short walk from the estate’s many attractions. Guests enjoy access to some of the Minterne Estate's excellent facilities, just a short distance away, including free entry to beautiful Minterne Gardens, and access to timed entry (from 4-6pm each day) to the heated outdoor swimming pool and lawn tennis court.

Guests appreciate the mix of modern style with timeless country charm.

Two dogs welcome, the first dog is charged at £25 extra, the second is free.

Inside this 2 Bedroom Rural Retreat in the Dorset National Landscape

Relax and unwind with your nearest and dearest in the lounge, around the warming open fire, soaking up the cosy ambience. Watch one of your favourite films, relax with a book or just warm yourself by the fire after a country walk,
The second living area is ideal for family games nights and relaxed breakfasts. This area features a dining table, comfy seating and TV,
The kitchen is well equipped for easy self-catering,
Upstairs is a bedroom with zip and link beds which can be arranged as either a twin or a super king-size room,
The second bedroom is made up as a super king-size bed (but can be configured as a twin – please request at the time of booking),
Also on the first floor is the family bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, basin and WC.

Outside is a secure enclosed lawned garden, ideal for guests holidaying with children and pets. Two well behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement.
