•Spacious seats 16 dining room, ideal for dining altogether and also featuring a spacious bar area and bar stools.  This room also features two leather sofas and a wall mounted TV, so can be used as a second lounge when not in use for dining altogether.

Bedrooms are on the first floor and comprise of:

- One bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite shower room facilities,

- Another bedroom with a king-size bed and access to bathroom with whirlpool bath,

- Sleeps 3 room with one double bed, and one single, plus ensuite shower room facilities (this room has quirky sloping ceilings)

- A further sleeps 3 room with one double bed, and one single, plus ensuite shower room facilities (this room has quirky sloping ceilings)

- A family bedroom with a king-size bed, two single beds and a double sofa bed

There is also a ground floor shower room.
