The sociable open plan living area is the heart of the home and features a lounge with its two large comfy sofas and LCD TV, a well equipped kitchen and dining area.
On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with ensuite shower room and TV, ideal for those who prefer to avoid stairs. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with a bathroom, and a double bedroom with TV and ensuite shower room.
Outside, this property benefits from its own large outdoor space with a table and chairs for dining alfresco in summer time. This is a great place to enjoy a BBQ on a balmy summer’s day.

There is lots to see and do in this part of Derbyshire. Visit the Heights of Abraham for some of the Derwent valley’s best views, cycle along the High Peak trail, or enjoy walks around High Tor and the Derwent Valley.
