Sleeping groups of up to 11 people, and with accommodation spread out across 3 floors, there is ample space for your group of friends and family to relax and unwind here.

The open plan living area with its lounge area with TV, and sociable l-shaped sofa really is the heart of the home, and is a great place to socialise and relax with friends and family.  This area also features a well equipped kitchen for easy group self-catering and a dining area.

This roomy holiday home enjoys an fabulous location for a group holiday in the Peak District.  Guests enjoy free on site fishing, a hot tub by arrangement (available at extra cost, enquire when booking), and boating can be enjoyed on the lake too.

This is a great location for an escape with a group of friends or family, or a gathering for a birthday party or special celebration, just 4 miles from Matlock and close to Matlock Bath.  Places to visit on days out include the Heights of Abraham for some of the best views in the Derwent valley, the High Peak trail for cycling, or High Tor and the Derwent Valley for good walks.
