This property features a spacious sitting and dining room that opens out into a shiny white kitchen with black worktops. You’ll appreciate the hi-tech touches in the kitchen like the filtered water and the tap that delivers both cold and boiling water. The kitchen is fitted with domestic appliances that provide a home from home: there is a dishwasher, a microwave with a drawer to keep plates warm, fridge freezers and the essential cooker, kettle, crockery and cutlery.  There are plenty of cupboards and freezer space to store any food, drink and treats that you buy in for your holiday.

The lounge area is perfect for relaxing with its leather sofas and chairs ideally positioned to sociable chats and watching TV in comfort.  The TV is hung on the wall and a warming electric fire built in to the wall adds warmth and a cosy feel.  One of the sofas converts into a double bed   WiFi and a surround sound system allows guests to play and relax with their own music. Dine at the square table with four chairs and pretty place mats. A large open-plan living area is a sociable option and allows people to chat together even when preparing meals.

This property is very pet-friendly and even features a boot room with a specialist deep sink suitable for bathing a dog.   The fully enclosed garden will appeal to dog owners too.

The bedrooms are delicately pretty in shades of blue and white, and comprise of:

•    A master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom,

•    A second double bedroom.

There is also a separate wet room which could be handy for older guests or guests with limited mobility.  This room could also be handy for showering the dog after a walk in the woods.

The gardens at this holiday home are a real treat.  The generously sized back garden is an ideal place to sit out on the garden furniture and soak up the surroundings.  There is a large lawned area, as well as a wildflower area, all of which is safely enclosed with fence and hedging.

The town of Newmarket lies roughly four miles north of the bungalow. You may wish to visit or go to the races. Both Cambridge and Bury St Edmunds are under half an hour’s drive, west and east respectively.

This is an amazing part of the country for exploring little villages and medieval towns. Lavenham and Long Melford to the south east are highly recommended for a day out, both are historic villages with a wealth of medieval buildings.

Using the bungalow as a base, a fascinating and satisfying holiday awaits. Visit ancient pubs, antique shops, discover the unique architecture of East Anglia. Book a break here and have a wonderful time.
