Find self-catering holiday accommodation for your visit to Sudbury in Suffolk, East Anglia, England. The olde worlde town of Sudbury has a busy high street packed with shops. A large imposing church of St Peter's stands at a major road junction. Thomas Gainsborough hailed from this part of Suffolk; a statue in his honour stands outside the church. A number of streets leading up to the centre have well preserved period buildings in pastel wash, some half timbered. The Old Corn Exchange now functions as a library.
