Inside this holiday house is smart and stylish with modern furnishings and fittings.  The lounge with its neutral and cream decor, comfy seating, TV and fireplace is a great place to relax and leads out to a superb private veranda where you can sit out and enjoy the setting.  Out on the veranda you can appreciate the breathtakingly beautiful views out over gardens and the golf course set against a backdrop of hills and mountains in the distance.  Back inside the property you can relax in stylish surroundings; the kitchen features an oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and a washer/dryer. 

The accommodation at this property is arranged in an upside-down layout with the living accommodation on the first floor to maximise on the splendid views and the bedrooms downstairs.  On the ground floor there are three bedrooms; one standard double bedroom, one bedroom with patio doors that open out to lawned gardens and one bedroom with adult bunk beds.  Also on this floor is a loo and a family shower room with shower and WC.

Outside there are shared enclosed lawned gardens which you are free to enjoy.  By far the best spot for stunning views though is up on your own private veranda where the views are simply superb.

Aberdovey with its wonderful golden beach, shops, bars and restaurants holds plenty of appeal.  The town is also home to a golf course and is in a great location for those who want to book a boat trip and take to the waters.  Spend enjoyable days discovering some of the best of the Gwynedd coast with visits to pretty villages and pleasant seaside towns or head in to Snowdonia National Park and enjoy walks, hikes and a variety of other outdoor pursuits on offer in this part of Wales.
