Discover Groes Lwyd, a delightful detached farmhouse located in Pencoed near Corwen, offering a perfect getaway in the heart of North Wales. This spacious cottage accommodates up to eight guests in four bedrooms - three luxurious king-size doubles (one with en-suite) and a cozy twin room. The property features a family bathroom, a ground floor cloakroom, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, a utility room, a comfortable sitting room with a woodburning stove, and an additional cozy lounge area.

Outside, guests can enjoy off-road parking for up to four cars and beautiful front, side, and rear lawned gardens with a patio, furniture, and barbecue facilities. Groes Lwyd is an idyllic retreat for holidays throughout the year, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside.

This pet-friendly cottage welcomes up to two well-behaved dogs at an additional charge of £20 each per stay. Guests can pre-book a convenient service to have the hot tub prepared for their use, including filling it, lighting the fire, and heating the water to the desired temperature for £40 per session. Logs for the hot tub can also be purchased directly from the owners for £5 per bag.

Notably, Groes Lwyd also offers electric car charging facilities with a standard 13amp socket available at the front of the property. Please be aware that adapters may be necessary. The owner provides electric car charging services for £10 per vehicle charge, payable directly to the owners.
