There is no better place on earth than England in the summer. People may travel abroad in search of continuous sunshine but for many people, our moderate temperatures are so much more pleasant. Rural areas are not be outdone with shows, visit a country show, a farmers meet with point to point racing, a garden fete or a flower show during your annual summer break. England is still largely rural and has many Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Take a holiday in the Cotswolds, to Shropshire or apple growing Worcestershire and Herefordshire to be entranced by heavenly scenery and villages.
