Head into the well equipped kitchen when you’re getting peckish, a well-designed area with a lovely, coloured tile design on the walls. You can try something new or stick to an old family favourite; either way, you can take the opportunity to create plenty of delicious meals to enjoy as a family at the wooden dining table. Or take your meal outside on a bright day; the front and rear gardens are equipped with garden furniture and are beautiful places to relax and catch up under the sun.
When you’re ready to catch some beauty sleep, then there are two lovely bedrooms to choose from; the kingsize room is a luxurious space, where you can relax under the beamed ceilings and lie in on a slow sunny morning, enjoying trails of sunlight through the curtains. Or the twin bedroom is a unique space with comfy beds perfect for a dreamy night’s sleep. The bathroom has a shower over a bath, so you can pick from a quick refresh in the shower or a soothing hot bath. There is also a separate laundry room available complete with a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, oven, hob, as well as an extra shower and toilet, so there’s really all you could need!

There are plenty of on-site walks to enjoy, and even two pretty ponds with koi carp, ducks and wildlife to spot. Or explore one of the local walks or cycle routes; the lovely town of Thame with its chocolate café and great choice of eateries is only a 15-minute walk away and the Phoenix trail can take you up to charming Princes Risborough. Thame is well worth a visit, a market town with a weekly traditional market, as well as an array of stunning independent cafes and pubs. Whatever you’re imagining for your next holiday away, The Old Dairy could be the ideal spot!
For walks and bike rides the Chiltern Hills AONB is close by and is a stunning area to discover. If you enjoy wildlife watching, look out for red kites which are often seen in this area.
There are so many great places to discover within an hours drive; the city of Oxford is just 18 miles away, Woburn Abbey and Safari park is around an hour's drive away and the The Roald Dahl Museum is only around half an hour's drive away.

Top Attractions: Plenty to do. We're on the west side of London close to the M40. Perfectly situated for trips to Oxford - only 14 miles away, Henley on Thames as well as London and the Cotswolds. Visit Blenheim Palace, Cotswolds, Legoland in Windsor, Windsor Castle, London City, Thorpe theme Park, Woburn Safari Park.
Recommended Places to Visit: Anywhere to the west of London is ideal for day trips. The university city of Oxford is a must on every tourist's list. Spend a day or two exploring the historic colleges, Botanic Gardens. Visit Windsor and Eton. Take a boat trip on the Thames or find your bearings on the open-top bus. London is easily accessed by car or train. Go to the Zoo, theatre trips, shopping, London's parks, London Eye or try a value for money walking tour.
Annual Eventst: Henley Regatta in July. Autumn colours are the Westonbirt Arboretum in the Cotswolds are a must.
