Inside this Spacious Sleeps 14 Holiday Farmhouse in the Ribble Valley 

Oak Bank farm is a stunning property, stylishly designed to make this an ideal space for your holiday. Spend the mornings gathered in the spacious dining room and breakfast bar, where you can savour freshly made coffee and a pastry with your friends and family. The lovely kitchen has plenty of space to utilise, so you can recreate your favourite family meals for everyone to enjoy. Or head off to the sitting room and relax in front of the smart TV and cosy warmth of the wood burner. 

There’s plenty to keep you entertained all day, from the piano if you’ve got some musical spirit to the tranquil library room with plenty of books to choose from. It’s an ideal place for some peace and quiet! The games room is another superb feature, where you and your party and enjoy a game of pool or table football with friends or family. Outside, enjoy the soothing waters of the hot tub or the relaxing fenced pond area. There’s plenty of luxury outdoor seating, so it’ll be the perfect location for a sunny afternoon day!

In the evenings, retreat to the dreamy comforts of the bedrooms. There are six bedrooms to choose from, so you’ll be spoilt for choice!

On the first floor:

•Two large super king-sized rooms, each with an en-suite wet room with shower, basin and WC,

•A family bedroom with super king size bed, and 2 single beds.  This room has a balcony.

On the second floor:

•Jack and Jill style shower room with shower, basin and WC.

There is a further shower room with basin and WC next to the games room.
