This welcoming holiday home features all ensuite double bedrooms, plus a ground floor family bathroom with shower. The roomy open plan living area is ideal for socialising with friends and family, and features a welcoming and comfortable lounge area, as well as a well-equipped kitchen/diner. The lounge area features a comfy leather sofa, armchairs, oak furniture, a warming wood burner and a smart TV for watching your favourite TV shows, and the well equipped kitchen with Smeg combi microwave/oven, Smeg single oven with pizza stone, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dining table for sociable meals. This property features underfloor heating for your comfort.

There are 3 beautiful comfortable double bedrooms, each with their own ensuite facilities.

This property benefits from free WiFi access.

Dog-friendly, up to 3 pet dogs are welcome by arrangement.

For exercise, relaxation or fun with the kids, this property features its own exclusive private indoor heated swimming pool, housed in its own building, right next door. The swimming pool is 8m x 4m in dimensions and 1.4 metres deep, and the pool building has its own changing room and loo. The pool is heated to 26 to 28 degrees.

For an added touch of luxury, pool towels and adult dressing gowns are provided for you to use during your stay.

Outside in the garden this property continues to impress. There is a garden table and chairs, ideal for dining alfresco in summertime, as well as a chiminea. The garden is large and secure, making it ideal for families and pet owners.
