Enjoy a few days of sunshine on the Lincolnshire coast and stay in a comfortable rented holiday cottage that has everything designed to ensure a happy holiday. It is so much nicer to have a private and secure holiday home at your disposal when you visit the Lincolnshire coast, somewhere to store your beach gear; the buckets and spades, windbreak and portable chairs.
You will be able to live as you normally do at home, buying in what you need for meals and preparing them in your cottage kitchen. There will be a television, most probably Internet access and all the kinds of things that come in useful for a self-catered break.
What you can expect to find in a holiday rental on the Lincolnshire coast
Expect good quality accommodation and furnishings, comfortable beds, appliances that work. The more expensive properties will have dishwashers, washing machines and dryers. Go for 5 Star and luxurious to get ice makers, wine fridges and coffee machines.
All self-catered properties have beds made up as you would find in hotel accommodation, towels provided (except for the beach) and most have a starter welcome pack of tea, coffee, biscuits and other items.
Facilities and entertainment
You may find some coastal holiday cottages with hot tubs, a swimming pool or sauna. These tend to be top end but worth the higher rental rate if you and your family use them.
There is a lot to see and do on the Lincolnshire coast, some of the resorts are busier than others.
