The Hen House is a picturesque, detached single-storey cottage located in the quaint village of Kiltarlity, Scotland. This romantic retreat is perfect for couples, featuring a king-size bedroom in a studio-style layout, accommodating up to two guests. The cottage boasts an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining, and sitting area, complemented by a bathroom. Outside, guests can enjoy an enclosed garden equipped with a wood-fired hot tub and seating area, making it an ideal Scottish getaway. One well-behaved dog is welcome.

Exclusive Festival Experience at Belladrum Estate

Set within the serene Belladrum Estate, The Hen House offers a unique experience during local festivals. From 13 July to 9 August 2024, the estate becomes lively due to a local festival, running from 25 to 27 July 2024. Guests booking during this period will receive two complimentary festival tickets. Note that all bookings during the festival will incur the cost of a seven-night stay. Additionally, the Christmas market on 17 December at Belladrum Farm will add a festive touch to your visit.
