Situated within the St Helens Bay Golf Club resort , a stay at this holiday cottage will also appeal to those keen to enjoy the excellent facilities on offer within the resort which include an 18 hole golf course (charges apply for those who want to golf), a tennis court and a basketball court (use of the tennis court and basketball court is included in the cottage rental price). The kids outdoor play area on site also makes this a very appealing place for families to holiday.

Inside this 3 bedroom holiday cottage is decorated and furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. All of the accommodation is on the ground floor and there is an open plan living area which encourages sociable living complete with a lounge area with comfy seating, TV and warming open fire and a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a dining room for eating altogether , as well as a sun room. There are three bedrooms; one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms plus a family bathroom with bath (shower over) and WC. One well behaved pet dog is welcome.

Outside there is shared lawned garden to the rear of the property complete with BBQ for enjoying al-fresco living in summer time.

There are plenty of facilities on site to keep guests entertained during a stay at this family-friendly and dog-friendly holiday house. For those keen to explore the local area, just 3 miles away is the popular seaside village of Rosslare with its pretty harbour, pubs, eateries and long stretch of blue flag award winning sandy beach. Further afield you can discover historical sites such as Ferns Castle, Enniscorthy Castle and Wilton Castle. There are also a number of historical abbeys to discover in this area. Another popular place to visit is Kilmore Quay with its beautiful cliffs and coast, where you can enjoy shore angling and wildlife watching. It's also possible to book trips to visit the Saltee Islands from Kilmore Quay, which are a great place to see a variety of birdlife.
