Part of Lower Wood Farm, the Appleloft benefits from some great facilities. Swim in the indoor pool, always kept at a toasty 31 degrees, or challenge friends or family to a game of pool or table tennis in our play barn. There’s plenty for little ones too with both indoor and outdoor play areas. Or how about a game of football or cricket in the paddock?

This gorgeous 3 bedroom barn conversion has the most amazing beamed and vaulted ceilings in the open plan living area. Enjoy soaking up views across an expanse of glorious Norfolk countryside on a holiday here.

•    a master bedroom featuring a 5ft divan bed and an ensuite shower room with walk in shower, basin and WC,

•    two twin bedrooms,

•    Separate family shower room with walk in shower, basin and WC.


A cot, high chair, bed guards and stair gate are all available on request.


Outside, there are beautiful shared gardens, with a BBQ for enjoying alfresco living in summertime, and plenty of outdoor seating.  Ample car parking is available.

Get out your bucket and spade on the local beach or head off for the seaside delights of nearby Great Yarmouth, further afield you can explore the varied shops, bars and restaurants in the city of Norwich. If nature is more your thing you can’t beat the Norfolk Broads which is home to varied wildlife attracted to the many waterways.
