Outside this property enjoys shared use of a private shingle beach and a slipway which is found to the front of the boathouse. Swimming is not recommended in this area due to the presence of strong currents.
Sail Loft Annexe is set to the rear of a converted boathouse. It's only a 10 minute walk from the town of Yarmouth on the Isle of Wight, the beach and coastal path are even nearer being just outside the door. There is off-road parking for one car and a licensed cafe is positioned just next door. The towns of Ryde and Newport are both easy to reach, as are the wonderful beaches at Colwell and Totland Bays.
This apartment is less than a minutes' walk from the beach, the coastal path and a private slipway, so is ideal for a coastal break.
There is a small charge for bringing your dog here of £10 per week.
