Book a holiday rental that accepts guests with dogs in the Saxmundham area of Suffolk. Saxmundham is a quaint ancient Suffolk villages that intermarries old with new to create a blend of good shopping with pleasant places to stay and take dogs for a walk. The town lies just off of the A12 which provides fast access to the north and south of Suffolk. It is an interesting town to explore and has numerous ancient buildings of note which would fascinate anyone who loves old English history and architecture.

Saxmundham is well-placed for a holiday with dogs

The coast can be reached within fifteen minutes by car which opens up the possibility of visiting the seaside towns of Aldeburgh and Thorpeness for walks with dogs by the sea. On either side of these are nature reserves of Minsmere and Orfordness with heathland and wildlife. You may be able to find a pet-friendly country cottage set in farmland close to Saxmundham or a cosy pine lodge.
