The gorgeous rural village of Kineton can be found on the River Dene and is a part of the Stratford-on-Avon district of Warwickshire. Home to the 13th century St Peter’s Church, Pittern Hill Mill, an 18th century stone windmill, a great selection of shops including a bookshop, a café, a restaurant and two pubs – The Carpenters Arms and The Swan, Kineton has a lot of charm and character and has plenty to keep those residing in a self-catering cottage here wonderfully occupied. It is also close to other parts of Warwickshire including Stratford-upon-Avon, Leamington Spa and Warwick which are all about 10 miles from Kineton and make great day trips from the village.
