Even is you are having the time of your life during your cottage break, the chances are that you may wish to catch up on the news, check the weather or catch up on your favourite programme at some point during your self-catering holidays.
Most holiday cottages will have a TV of some sort, some in more than one room. It is understandable that holidaymakers expect at least the same standard of television as they would have at home. The size of a TV is not often clear when booking so do ask before booking if this is particularly imprtant to you. On the other hand, you may decide that your cottage holiday is more about exploring the countryside and sightseeing and watching television is something that you can do on your return back home.
