Perthshire is magnificent. Unfiortunately, lots of other people agree and love to visit for holidays and weekend breaks. Understandly, there is nothing more irritating than to arrive at your picture perfect holiday cottage to find that it is impossible to park within half a mile of it because of all the other cars. Most of Perthshire is rural, however people do stay in the towns and villages and have to compete with all the other visitors.
