Very attractive 2 bedroom apartment in Eastbourne, East Sussex. The very large open-plan living and dining area overlooking the balcony and sea has double sofa bed, television with built in DVD, radio/CD player. Double patio doors to balcony from living area with room to seat 4 or more. Dining table seats 6. The en-suite master bedroom has a king size bed and large built-in cupboard and drawer space. The en-suite shower room has double shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet. The second bedroom has two 3 foot single beds, large built-in cupboard and two free standing chest of drawers. There is a family bathroom with a bath, wash basin and toilet.
