• Three-Day-Programmes on Irish bank holidays which include yoga and shiatsu massage, morning exercise and delicious food.
• Group Courses from March to October under qualified instructors in a variety of holistic disciplines. Please request a course programme.
• Holiday Breaks between courses, in double or single rooms, with vegetarian meals and full use of the centre's facilities.
• Hire of the Centre with all its facilities to accommodate your groups  with self catering or catering provided. Note that our 700 sq.ft. recreation room can be used not only for yoga and martial arts but also as a conference centre.
• Shiatsu is available by arrangement.
