Originally a farm building, this charming family cottage now offers high quality self-catering accommodation for up to 5 people. Set within a gorgeous area of outstanding natural beauty close to Modbury and Dartmoor National Park, this holiday home offers comfortable ad homely accommodation.

There are two double bedrooms and plenty of space to relax and unwind at this home from home. One bedroom has a super king-sized bed which can also be turned into twin beds, the other bedroom has twin beds, one of which has a pull-out bed which could provide a third bed for a family of 5. A cot is also available if you are bringing a baby.

Outside there is a large garden with lawn, ideal for children to play football or for all the family to get involved and enjoy a ball game.
