There are great beaches all around the resort, and Newquay offers a local centre for water sports with a reputation for its surfing scene. Even if you do not personally surf, it is a joy to watch the surfers in the water - all aiming to stand on their boards and surf the waves. It’s also a great place to eat out, go for a drink or enjoy a raft of evening entertainment.

The holiday village is located within the grounds of the16th Century Carworgie Manor estate and boasts an extensive leisure suite including swimming pools, a gymnasium, saunas, Jacuzzi baths, tennis courts, bars, restaurants and a pitch and putt golf course. There are some excellent seafood restaurants in the area, serving up fresh produce from the sea.
