We welcome you with a welcome bottle of wine and chocolates. The cottages are in a beautiful 30 acre valley setting with abundant wild life. You may spot badgers, kingfishers, buzzards or barn owls. There is a rippling stream running next to cottages, all situated in the grounds of a 17th century listed millhouse. There are lots of quiet spots, ideal for bird watching, reading, painting and eating al fresco. Fishing is possible nearby.

Good places to visit: There is a abundance of stately homes, Belton, Burghley, Woolsthorpe, Castles Belvoir (approx 2 miles away) which offers coarse fishing lakes over 12 acres and Grimsthorpe. The historic city of Lincoln and ancient towns of Stamford, Boston and Spalding are just a short drive away.

Annual Events: Lots of regular events in the area and at Belvoir Castle.

Good places to eat: Two pubs within walking distance for good food and company.
