secluded valley abundant with wildlife such as kingfishers, buzzards, barn owls and badgers. There is a rippling stream which passes the cottages and they are situated in 30 acres of grounds of the 17th century mill house which includes a wildflower meadow. Plenty of quiet spots to read a book and enjoy eating al fresco.

The historic city of Lincoln and ancient towns of Stamford, Boston and Spalding are just a short drive away.
