The lounge has a dining table, radio/CD, Sky & freeview TV/DVD and sofa bed. The bedroom has a King (5foot) bed, remote controlled ceiling fan, freeview TV/DVD and hair dryer. The bathroom has a large shower. All rooms have central heating. FREE WIRELESS INTERNET AVAILABLE.

This is a good location for exploring the Midlands, Nottingham, Rutland Water, Stamford, Lincoln and many other places within easy distance for day trips. Locally, there is a wild flower farm, Belvoir Castle with a good prgramme of events and numerous little villages.
