Old Guadaloupe Farm House is 500 years old in a tranquill setting. Awarded 4 stars with a Gold Award with Quality in Tourism. There are three en-suite bedrooms all with freeview t.v and hair dryer, one room with a super king bed + sofabed and one with king both have excellent views over country side and the third is a twin overlooking the stable yard. The Farmhouse's kitchen is fully equiped with everything you need. The lounge has a 42" t.v and dvd. There is also a games room with a billiard table and dart board. The conservatory looks out over the gardens.
Outside are two big lawns and flower beds with a hot tub, patio, table chairs. Plenty of parking on a gravel drive.

Good places to visit: Visit Melton Mowbray; home of the pork pie and excellent sausages. This is a good location for exploring the Midlands, Nottingham, Lincoln and many other places within easy distance for day trips. Locally, there is a wild flower farm, Belvoir Castle with a good prgramme of events and numerous little villages.
