Just south of Langport is a biological Site of Special Scientific Interest, Wet Moor, which is a beautiful and tranquil area of grazing marsh grassland and moors. This is a great place to visit if you and your loved ones wish to spot some wildlife, and there are lots of pretty Whooper Swans that call Wet Moor home.

There are a couple of historical places to visit in Langport including the Warehouse in Great Bow Yard and The Tudor House. These 18th century buildings are Grade II listed and have recently been restored by the Somerset Buildings Preservation Trust. The 13th century archway of The Hanging Chapel is also fantastic to see which crosses the road from across the church and is a Scheduled Ancient Monument.
