This large country house is well suited for large group self catering breaks or family holidays being under 2 hours from London outskirts.

The property sleeps 12 adults plus four children and most bedrooms are large enough to take a cot or toddlers bed. The kitchen has cream shaker style units with granite work surfaces and slate flooring and is equipped with evreything you would expect including American fridge/freezer large range cooker and dishwasher. The oak refectory style table in the dining room easily seats 12. While the older members enjoy the well equipped games room,  for smaller guests, there is a playroom with dvds and toys, this room can be used as a seventh bedroom ideal for children, linking to the downstairs bedroom 6 it makes a fabulous family suite with en-suite bathroom. There is just under two acres of level grounds and we supply a range of outdoor games such as croquet and badminton as well as a climbing frame for the kids. What's more this property enjoys wonderful country views and is located near the Somerset levels with many good walks and cycle routes available nearby.

Local Sports: Fishing and canoeing are available on the River Parrett at Langport (2 miles) Horse riding can be arranged, and cycle hire is available, several excellent local golf courses.

Low Ham is a traditional Somerset Hamlet located just 2 miles from the historic town of Langport which lies on the banks of the River Parrett. Good choice of pubs, restaurants, tea rooms and shops including a supermarket.
