On the ground floor is the exposed beamed kitchen with a pine table and four chairs. Fully equipped with all the crockery, utensils, pots and pans, etc for your use.  A washing machine, iron and ironing table, hair dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster.  The lounge has comfortable seating with a 32" Colour  HD/TV with built in DVD and Freeview. Many books, games, toys, CDs, DVDs for everyone. Also a CD player and radio.  

Upstairs there are two large double bedrooms - one with a king size bed, bedside cabinets, built in wardrobes and a sofa and views over the countryside. The second bedroom has two single beds, dressing table and bedside cabinet and triple wardrobe, also full length mirrors.

Outside there is a south facing enclosed private garden with climbing plants and shrubs and garden furniture.  Plus a large Summer House-Games Room separate from the cottage, with snooker/billiard table and a football table. Outside of this there is a patio and seating along with garden furniture with sun parasol. Parking for 2 cars.

There is a tiny glass lean-to at the back - cosy and just right for that cup of coffee and a read!

Parking - Adjacent to the cottage there is a separate garden area, down by a pretty stream - where there is 2 car parking spaces, off road.
