Lower Hedge Farm is the ideal country retreat. Situated at the end of a lane down a private track, it offers the opportunity to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of a rural setting with the modern comforts, style and charm of a house completely renovated for modern living. It has 5 bedrooms, one of which is a long attic room that spaciously accommodates 4 single beds.

The house and grounds were completely renovated and refurbished over six years, restoring original features such as the many wooden beams, inglenook fireplaces, old bread oven and the enormous flagstones. Whilst retaining the original features, we have brought the house up to luxurious modern standards epitomised by the addition of the magnificent sun room with high beamed ceilings, under floor heating and large centrepiece fireplace.

Other luxuries include the hot tub, large plasma TV and designer kitchen complete with a double width electric range oven and granite work surfaces.

The house is beautifully surrounded by unspoilt countryside where your only neighbours will be some of our sheep. Perfect for getting away from it all and enjoying the views whilst relaxing in the massaging hot tub.

If you're feeling more active, there is plenty to do such as the games room equipped with table tennis and pool table, kids outdoor play area, or why not try the Nintendo Wii which will provide hours of family fun. Active or peaceful, it is the ideal rural retreat whether it be for a family reunion or a weekend party away with friends, you are guaranteed a holiday never to be forgotten

Lower Hedge Farm There are 5 bedrooms, 3 of which are ensuite and two with shared access. The bedrooms and upstairs are beamed throughout, from the long attic bedroom with 4 single beds, to the master bedroom with oak doors and beautifully crafted ensuite. The bedrooms have been designed individually to reflect the style of the house whilst providing up to date modern luxury. All come equipped with fluffy white towels and toiletries.

The granite worksurfaces and bespoke designer kitchen/diner provide the perfect setting for entertaining, whilst the large sun room with hanging chandeliers, a huge open fireplace, leather sofas and 42" TV provide the perfect place to relax. The underfloor heating in the lounges and kitchen will keep you warm, whilst the original flagstone floors act as a reminder of the history of the house.

The classic lounge with inglenook fireplace and woodburner are the perfect setting for those long winter nights whilst the massaging hot tub, Nintendo Wii and games room provide year round entertainment.
