Cottages with hot tubs in Somerset

Sensible precautions should be taken with hot tub use. They are not suited to people with severe medical conditions and alcohol and hot tubs do not mix.

Indulging in the soothing warm water of a hot tub is pleasurable for most and beats meeting people down at the local pub because it reduces inhibitions. Hot tubs are rather like Marmite – people either love them or hate them. Most of us have happily climbed into a hot tub or Jacuzzi at the local swimming pool without a thought about hygiene or safety.

However, we are considering a hot tub that cannot hold more than about 8 people at most and the weather of Somerset is not that suitable for lengthy periods in a swim suit indoors or out. The maximum time spent in a hot tub in any one session is about half an hour. The bubbling and activity is timed for a periodand then it is a quick sprint into your holiday home unless the weather is very warm.

Most of us know not to expect wall to wall sunshine in Somerset. it is wise to be prepared for all seasons.
