Tamar View Cottage - Tamar Valley Near Callington, Cornwall, England

Honicombe Manor is in a very nice location, secluded from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. From the Cottage you can walk down the narrow lanes and through woodlands to the River Tamar, visit Cothelle House or Cothelle Quay. On the way you can stop for a drink at the historic Carpenters Arms. Also within easy walking distance is Kit Hill, which is laden with various minerals and allows an excellent veiw over Cornwall. Facilities at Honicombe Manor include indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools. A Bar, Restaurant, a Childrens Games Room. These Leisue Facilities are Inclusive and no further fees are required to enjoy these facilities along with the Gym, Tennis Courts, Disco Room ( When in use )and Sauna Room.There is also a Childrens Play Park with swings and a Slide. Nearby there is Golf, Fishing, Horse Riding, a Donkey Park, Calstock Bridge where boat trips can be taken, Canue,adventure and many more activities.

The Cottage has 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 2 with twin beds. There is a bathroom with a shower over the bath and a seperate toilet. The Kitchen has dining facilities and there is a Cooker, Fridge and a Microwave cooker. The electricity is inclusive and is used for heaters in the bedroom and the fire in the Lounge. In the Lounge area there are 2 settee's that seat 6 people. There is a television with Sky freeveiw, a DVD player and a Video recorder. The property has the benefit of cavity wall insulation, is fully UPVC double glazed and has excellent loft insulation. Outside there is a patio area with a table and chairs.

In the lovely Tamar Valley near to Cothele House and Quay, Kit Hill and the well renouned Calstock bridge. Nearby sandy beaches such as Looe. Eden Project a pleasant ride away. Giunnislake scenic railway with trips to Plymouth where there is lots to discover. Sailing and boat trips at Looe and Plymouth.

Travel: Plymouth Railway Station or Exeter Airport.
