The three cottages have been sympathetically converted, preserving original features, to provide comfortable and spacious holiday accommodation for 2 to 5 people. Guests have the opportunity to enjoy fly fishing in the peaceful setting of a private lake, or to play croquet on the lawn or wander the woodland nature trail through private woods. Each cottage has its own colourful patio garden with panoramic views of rolling meadows and woodland. There is a barbecue area in the garden to enjoy cooking outdoors and a place for picnics. And, if you would like to go exploring, Lincolnshire offers a wealth of fascinating places to visit, both inland and on the coast. Stay in a self-catering former watermill with fascinating machinery - sleeps 2-6 |
Brignall Mill, near Barnard Castle, is an eighteenth century stone built former watermill. Offering a peaceful and relaxing stay, this former Mill stands in an idyllic spot beside the River Greta in County Durham. The mill lies within the old North Riding of Yorkshire, bordering the Yorkshire Dales National Park and the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It offers all home comforts in a Listed building which has the old waterwheel, grindstones and mill machinery incorporated into it. The interior is cosy with plenty of character. Two bedrooms and a sofa bed allow 4 to 6 people to stay in comfort.
