This three-story barn conversion is truly a special place to stay. Dating all the way back to the early 19th century, the cottage is located within the Yorkshire Dales countryside and comfortably sleeps 4 people in 2 delightful bedrooms, making it the perfect place to take your small family for a rural country holiday.

The original features from the former barn are what make this cottage so homely. Wooden ceiling beams and exposed stonewalls add plenty of character while a biomass heating system adds a modern touch. You can cook up some delicious home-cooked meals in the first floor kitchen before all enjoying a meal together in the dining and then heading the sitting area for an evening spent huddling around the wood burner. The two gorgeous bedrooms will ensure that you get a comfortable night's sleep in either the king-size double room or in the twin room, both of which have their own en-suite. A viewing window in the cottage is ideal for watching the chickens roosting outside while other animals can also be seen out of the windows of this wonderful cottage.

Keen walkers and cyclists will simply love staying at this Yorkshire Dales cottage. Trails and paths are located right outside your doorstep while kids and adults alike are sure to enjoy an introductory tour of the surrounding farm. Those who enjoy fishing can take in a bit of fly fishing in the nearby beck and evenings are best spent relaxing with your family while looking up at the stars from the comfort of your very own barn converted cottage.
