Hill Cottage is a beautiful character stone cottage standing within its own half acre of garden, protected by mature shrubs, fruit trees and hedgerows, overlooking the River Tamar and only twelve miles from sandy and surf beaches of the North Cornwall coast, and half an hour from either Dartmoor or Bodmin Moor.
The cottage, graded 4 stars (ETC), has been lovingly restored, retaining all its original character and charm (handmade doors, wide wooden floorboards, beamed ceilings, picture windows) while providing guests with all modern creature comforts (central heating, high quality furniture, fittings and decor, fully equipped kitchen).
Hill Cottage sleeps up to 10 people ( plus cot) in the following accommodation: 1 kingsize room, 1 double room, 2 twin bedrooms, upstairs bath/shower room and separate toilet.
Downstairs - lounge, separate lounge/dining room, kitchen, utility, shower/toilet, conservatory. The booking is on a self-catering basis.

Country cottage in the Lake District, sleeps 10
4 star rated quality country cottage set in Elterwater, a village in the Lake District. This stone and slate cottage can accommodate up to 10 people in 4 bedrooms. Importantly, there are 3 bathrooms in this cottage saving any need to squabble over who gets first shower in the morning. There is also an open fire so you can sit and relax in front of this in the evenings.
This cottage is located near the Langdale Valley and is likely to appeal to those who enjoy activities on offer in the Lake District such as walking, cycling or other country pursuits.
