There are three barn conversions on this family sheep farm.  The farm is located down a country lane and enjoys a peaceful, rural location near the pretty village of Kelston.  The barn conversions each sleep 2 and successfully blend traditional features with modern comforts.   Special features include whirlpool baths, wrought iron beds, warming wood burning stoves and patios or verandas with outdoor garden furniture.   For those who like to pop out for a sociable drink, there is a West Country pub within an easy 10 minute walk.

These barn conversions are in an excellent location for walking.  The Cotswold Way is accessible from here, and can be reached via footpaths near the farm.

Jasmine Cottage shown below is an 18th century holiday cottage with exposed timbers in the comfortable sitting room and bedrooms. It's annually inspected by the tourist board and awarded 4 stars.

Jasmine Cottage is situated near to the centre of the village of Steeple Ashton near Bath, about 3 minutes walk from the local pub, post office, restaurant, village shop, café, internet café and bus service.

The Cottage has three bedrooms and sleeps up to six people. It is comfortably and attractively furnished. In winter it is heated throughout. There is a DVD player in the living room to watch films.

In front of the cottage is a small walled flower garden and to the rear is a private garden, with lawn, shrubs, picnic table and benches.

Free car parking is available immediately outside at the front of the property.
