A cottage surrounded by spectacular coastal views, providing an excellent retreat for couples on a romantic break. The cottage rests in a cliff top location, adjoining the owner's home, looking dramatically out over the English Channel and Rye Bay. The accommodation is located in the East Sussex village of Fairlight, ideally situated between Rye and Hastings. The cottage sleeps two in comfort in its double bedroom and features a bathroom, a well equipped fitted kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. There is off-road parking for one car and a private patio with furniture, an ideal place to sit back and relax in after day trips out.
Hastings is only five miles away in one direction, with Rye just six miles away in the other - making the attractions and amenities of both within easy reach. Nature lovers, fossil-hunters and beach walkers will all find satisfaction in Hastings Country Park.

The kitchen is fully functional for a self catering holiday with an electric oven and hob, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, colour TV, DVD, radio/CD. Books/DVD/games. Fuel & power included in the rent.
Bed linen is included in the rent. There is private parking space for 1 car. Private patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 10 minutes' walk, pub 5 minutes' walk.

The main attraction for some is the Sussex coastline with popular seaside towns like Brighton, Eastbourne and Bognor Regis. The coastal village of Fairlight offers a village store with post office, pub and farm shop and is ideally placed between Rye and Hastings. From the village, there are many walks along the coast and along the cliff tops. Bird watchers should head to the Rye Harbour Nature Reserve and with the RSPB at Lydd. Attractions nearby that are well worth visiting are the castles of Hastings, Bodiam, Pevensey and Camber, the busy seaside resorts of Hastings and Eastbourne, and the miniature Romney and Hythe Railway. Fairlight and the surrounding area have so much to see and do at any time of the year.
