A luxury, modern 2 bedroom self catering apartment right on the beach perfect for family, couples, groups & coporate bookings. The large open-plan living and dining room has a double sofa bed, SKY television, telephone, DVD, radio/CD player, dining table seating 6 and double patio doors which open out onto the balcony. The master bedroom has a king size bed and large built-in cupboard and drawer space. The en-suite shower room to the master bedroom has double shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet. The second bedroom has two single beds, large built-in cupboard and two free standing chest of drawers.

There is a family bathroom with a bath, wash basin and toilet. The new fully fitted kitchen, again overlooking the Channel has breakfast table to seat 4, ample cookware, crockery, cutlery, a double electric oven, gas hob, washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. The hall benefits from 2 large storage cupboards. Gas central heating throughout. Access is either by stair or lift. Covered private designated car park. A separate car park available for visitors. Telephone & WIFI included in rental. Hair dryer, baby travel cot, high chair, iron and ironing board available in the apartment.

The flat is approx. 10 min walk from The Waterfront, where there is a wide choice of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops overlooking the Marina, a large supermarket and cinema and a few minutes drive to the leisure centre with swimming pools, gym and other facilities. A 5 minute walk to the bus-stop with regular service to Eastbourne town centre (approx. 3 miles). Eastbourne has been awarded the Seaside Award for its clean and safe beaches for the past eight years and top sunshine hours. An ideal base for walking, cycling, boating and touring the many attractions in the South-East. The town boasts a pretty, specialist Little Chelsea shopping quarter and in the Centre, a large shopping mall, market style Enterprise Centre and a pedestrian precinct. There is a wide choice of restaurants and entertainment including for children, Fort Fun (Run-away Train Roller Coaster, Adventure Land, Crazy Golf & Giant Six Lane Slide), Treasure Island, boating lake, go-karts, miniature railway and American Adventure Golf. The local history and Military Museum are located on the seafront.

Changeover Day: Flexible

Eastbourne has a good range of parks, woodlands, bowling, leisure centre with swimming pools and other sports facilities like Hang Gliding, Paragliding, inline skating and archery nearby. The famous Beachy Head with it's beautiful scenery is only a 15 minutes drive. Snow boarding & skiing lessons at the dry ski centre in Hailsham and a wonderful golf course in Halland. Boat & fishing trips available from Sovereign Harbour. Hastings and Battle are within 1 hour's drive. Bring your passport and take a day's trip to France from Newhaven for some lunch!!

Travel: Eastbourne British Rail approx 4 miles (with direct trains from London Victoria via Gatwick Airport - takes approx. 1.5hrs), Gatwick Airport approx 48 miles, Newhaven ferry port approx 20 miles

Good places to visit: Beachy Head with its 4,000 acres of downland and coastline walks & cycle paths, including a Countryside Centre displaying exhibitions and 3-D slides on the history and wildlife and Bronze Age man in his hut. Historic Pevensey Castle (where William the Conqueror landed in 1066), Battle, Hastings, Brighton are also close. Drusillas, Knockhatch Outdoor Adventure Park and Dry Ski Centre, East Sussex National Golf Club, Glydebourne, Wakehurst Place and various National Trust houses and gardens are within easy reach.
