A spacious sitting room is divided into two principal areas with period lighting and antique furniture throughout. A fully equipped kitchen with range cooker and modern appliances enable you to entertain in style and seats six in comfort. Home laundry is made easy by a large capacity washing machine in the ajoining garden room lobby. A separate dining room overlooks the terrace with the character gardens unfolding beyond. Pilgrim’s has three double bedrooms on the first floor and one twin bedroom on the ground floor and all are all en-suite. The house is warm in winter and cool in summer with gas central heating throughout.  Supplementary wood burning stoves for cosy evenings are situated within the sitting room (wood supplied)

Outside there is a secluded terrace with dining table and seating for eight adjoining the house. A large L-shaped landscaped garden is private and secure and comes complete with a characterful summerhouse called ‘Pilgrims Folly' and ajoining cedar hot-tub and changing cabin. A welcome hamper is included for your enjoyment. Free wireless broadband internet access keeps you in touch should you feel the need together with a landline telephone. Parking is on-street but plentiful all year round. Sorry, but smoking is not allowed in the house.

Minehead is a coastal town in the county of Somerset. It lies on the Bristol Channel coast and is on the very edge of the Exmoor National Park. Minehead was originally three small townships, Higher Town up on North Hill, Middle Town at the foot of the Hill, and Quay Town along by the Harbour.
