Atlanta has so many facilities to offer, including indoor heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, badminton, table tennis, central heating, large lounge with full compliment of digital t.v., conservatory/recreation room, games room with full size pool table, large gardens and plenty of space for relaxation. Your visit will be a unique experience that you will never forget.

Atlanta has plenty of bedrooms to cater for 20 people with ample room for everybody to comfortably move about the property without bumping into each other giving you all the privacy you will want. There are a total of 10 bedrooms, 3 with double beds (1 ensuite), 5 twin beds, 1 triple (ensuite) and 1 single. Also total of 6 bath/shower rooms additional toilets.

The Luxury fitted kitchen includes everything you need for your stay including 24 piece place setting, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils etc & fitted cooker and microwave. In the lobby and utility room there is a large American style washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher available for your use. Also Large American style fridge/freezer. A kitchenette attached to the second lounge is equipped with a fridge, microwave and kettle.

A large conservatory overlooks the garden and swimming pool enclosure with French doors leading to the garden with barbecue, outdoor seating areas overlooking farmland.

Weekly and weekend bookings commence at 4pm on Friday unless otherwise agreed.

Atlanta is located in the historic village of Theddlethorpe All Saints in Lincolnshire close to the Lincolnshire Wolds and sea, with an abundance of attractions in nearby Mablethorpe and Cleethorpes. Explore the wide sandy beaches of the Lincolnshire coast, shop at characterful market towns, pay a visit to the Saplding Flower Festival in spring. There are lots of interesting and historic places to visit in Lincolnshire. Lincoln with its impressive cathedral and castle, and cobbled streets of Castle Hill should not be missed.

Travel: Lincoln

Good places to visit: Lincoln for the cathedral, castle and shopping. Burleigh Stately Home and deer park in Stamford, a wonderful old historic town with many handsome buildings.

Annual Events: Spalding Flower Festival in April.

Good places to eat: There is, the local thatched old English Pub within walking distance, with friendly atmosphere and fantastic pub food. Or you could visit the small surrounding villages where there are many olde worlde English pubs serving good value food including famous Lincolnshire sausages and pork pies.

Local Sports: Swimming in own pool, Volley ball and badminton can be played in the gardens. Table tennis and pool in the Games Room.
